Job Descriptions

Plan, execute and coordinate all promotional events, concept and marketing activities related to corporate & product branding.
Maintaining section administration work include filing, ISO document, payment processes etc.
To control company’s brand image including digital, social, and printed medium including company’s websites and all communication content.
To maintain the expenses and investments within allocated budget
To liaise and respond immediately to media partners
To liaise and collaborate with cross division / external agency on project requirements, proposals, quotations, and other necessary areas.
Be the custodian of company’s visual and corporate identity.
Enthusiastic about the latest trends and technology
Committed and able to communicate new ideas

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to converse in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage to deal with stakeholders)
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Words
Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong and travel outstation locally as and when required.
Responsible, resourceful, and independent
A team player that understands the value of cooperation
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Brand/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
