Warranty period for your motorcycle is 2 years or 20,000km, whichever comes first, as per stated in Warranty & Service Booklet.

What is the warranty coverage for battery?
Warranty period for battery shall be within 6 months or 5,000km, whichever comes first from the date of purchase by first-registered owner.
Will my warranty be void if I service my motorcycle in Non-Authorized Dealer?
Yes, this is because warranty is applicable when Honda motorcycle is service and repair in Boon Siew Honda Authorised Dealers only as per stated in Warranty and Service Booklet.
Can I modify my motorcycle without void warrantly?
Modification is not recommended by Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. as it may affect motorcycle performance, warranty void and may lead to safety issue.
Do I have to send my motorcycle for repairs under warranty at the dealership where is was originally purchased?
Warranty repairs can be performed at any Boon Siew Honda Authorised Dealers. Our Dealers.
I have lost my Warranty and Service Booklet manual. Where can I get a new one?
We are unable to provide new copy of Warranty and Service Booklet manual. Anyhow, you may inform us through any of the following ways below to get maintenance record copy from us:

What is service interval for Honda Motorcyles?
Service intervals will be as per the ‘Periodic Maintenance Service Schedule’ which is stated in your Owner’s Manual or you may refer to the Maintenance Schedule with the term condition of pre-ride inspection.
Can I send my motorcycle for servicer repair in a different dealership?
You may service or repair your motorcycle at any of our Honda Authorised Dealers. Our Dealers.
Can I claim my Free Service if I fail to service my motorcycle on time?
The Free Service Promotion is only applicable to motorcycle that adhere to the ‘Periodic Maintenance Service Schedule’ or you may refer to the Service Maintenance.
Do I have any options of choosing the engine oil for service?
Kindly note that warranty may void if any damages caused by regular maintenance with Non-Honda approved engine oil.
Will it affect my motorcycle engine if I switch from Fully Synthetic Oil to Mineral Oil or vice versa?
There will be no adverse effect to your vehicle’s engine, however we would recommend you to use Fully Synthetic Oil for better performance.

Is there a way to tell if the part is genuine or non-genuine?
Product identification is technical in nature. Thus, if you encounter any suspicious on the selling price or suspected counterfeit parts, please email to us the photos of the suspected parts and information of the suspected shop at firstname.lastname@example.org; or call us at 1800-88-3993 for our further investigation. Further, we would highly advise the customers to purchase parts from Authorized Honda dealers to ensure the products purchased are of the highest quality, safe and meet customer’s expectation
How will I know if a particular spare part needs to be replaced?
Your Service Advisor will be able to inform you beforehand if a part needs to be replaced. You may also refer to your Honda Motorcycle’s Service Booklet Schedule or consult our friendly Service Advisors for more details.
Can I buy a specific spare part and install it myself?
It is recommended to have parts installed by a trained and qualified Honda Motorcycle Technician. If your motorcycle is still under warranty coverage, installing it yourself may void the motorcycle’s warranty.
