As a precautionary measure, Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. will be carrying out a recall campaign to inspect or replace Wire Harness if necessary for affected Honda models due to variances in the installation process of Wire Harness.
The campaign is to ensure that our customers will continue to enjoy the product to its fullest intended purpose.

Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. will ensure that all units involved in this recall campaign will be thoroughly checked and the affected parts will be replaced in compliance with Malaysia Regulations Standards.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This campaign will begin from 2nd Nov 2021.
Wire harness pinched and damaged causing short circuit.
Engine may stall during riding.
The recall plan is to ensure the Electrical system functioning well and enable customer to enjoy the products to its fullest intended purpose.
Apply Wire Harness band or Replace new Wire Harness if necessary.
It takes approximately two (5) to six (6) hours to replace the new part (the duration may vary based on mechanic’s availability).
This campaign is free of charge (FOC) for the affected units.
If you are the first owner, you will receive call or Customer Notification Letter from Boon Siew Honda’s Authorized Dealers.
