Assistant Manager – Media & Event Management
Maklumat Pekerjaan
- Plan, execute and coordinate all promotional events, concept and marketing activities related to corporate & product branding.
- Maintaining section administration work include filing, ISO document, payment processes etc.
- To control company’s brand image including digital, social, and printed medium including company’s websites and all communication content.
- To maintain the expenses and investments within allocated budget
- To liaise and respond immediately to media partners
- To liaise and collaborate with cross division / external agency on project requirements, proposals, quotations, and other necessary areas.
- Be the custodian of company’s visual and corporate identity.
- Enthusiastic about the latest trends and technology
- Committed and able to communicate new ideas
Syarat Perkerjaan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to converse in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage to deal with stakeholders)
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Words
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong and travel outstation locally as and when required.
- Responsible, resourceful, and independent
- A team player that understands the value of cooperation
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Brand/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
