Business Development Manager – Big Bike

Job Descriptions

  • To lead big bike sales & operations team towards realising the annual target and goals via a series of events, activities and campaigns planned with Big Wings dealers.
  • To strategize and develop annual operations plan which is inclusive of selection of model line up, sales forecasting, ordering and target setting by model based on short term strategy and setup action plan to implement and realise the plan
  • To jointly organize, assist and promote dealer-customer activities and event for existing Big Wings dealers as part of the engagement initiatives.
  • To build and strengthen network with dealers and sub-dealers by actively participating in planning for dealers-customer activity/event to support business module
  • To analyse latest market trend and sales data and apply in the upcoming plan to reflect a more accurate market needs
  • To keep up to date on the latest market intelligence and technology available that potentially being utilise to optimize the opportunities
  • To prepare management reports periodically

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies.
  • At least 5 years experience in any Managerial role
  • Passionate and enthusiasm towards Big Bike. Candidate must possess full B license for motorcycle. D license is optional.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia language and local dialect.
  • Candidates without automotive industry experience but possess managerial qualifications and have proven passion for motorcycling will also be considered.
