Maklumat Pekerjaan

  • Manages, implements and supports existing system, database, web server and backup database (example, IIS, MS SQL, SAP HANA and etc)
  • Maintains documentation including hardware/software applications, systems, support logs, user accounts and other related information
  • Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve Information Technology related issues. Including installing and troubleshooting & software, system, & database on desktops, laptops, & server issues.
  • Develops, modifies, maintains, monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding to ensure that they operate reliably.
  • Reviews users requirements and needs for new software and perform analysis, design, implementatuion, installation and training related to new software developed or/and acquired
  • carry out daily checks on the service provided by Information Technology Department
  • To support mission critical business application (example: PRONTO, PC-PACK, BOSS.NET, SAP)
  • Based on users requirements, perform analysis, design and develop different kind of reports.
  • Any task that assigned by the superior from time to time.

Syarat Perkerjaan

  • Preferable candidate with degree Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • 2 – 5 years related working experience
  • Required Languages : Fluent in English, and Bahasa Melayu
  • Skills : Prefer candidates who have experience in SAP HANA, S4
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products : Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Familiar with a range software development and database management tools
